We made the decision to sell and move to southern Ohio. The sale would allow to move closer to my Dad and to be able to take vacations, but it was a lot harder emotionally than we thought.

We boxed up years of memories and had to make tough decisions on what to keep, put in storage, sell, or donate. It would have been nearly impossible to juggle the emotional toll, physically moving, and navigate the paperwork and negotiations required to sell without out Sonya’s assistance.

Sonya helped us through the process of emotionally and physically moving from the house we called home for many years. We could not have done it without her!
